Bermuda Basketball Association Try-outs
Try-outs for the Bermuda Basketball Association (BBA) Men’s City league will be held November 20th and 21st at the Cedarbridge Academy.
Saturday [Nov 20] Try-outs will be held between 11am-1pm and Sunday [Nov 21] try-outs will be between 2pm-4pm. All players who are interested in playing in the city league as well as the Bermuda National Team will have to participate in the following try-outs to be eligible. Coaches and sponsors for all the teams will be present.
The Bermuda Basketball Association is the Governing Body for Basketball in Bermuda as appointed by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. They are a registered charity and say they are “Constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of the sport in Bermuda. We see this new league as an opportunity to improve the players we have by letting them play the best that Bermuda has to offer night in and night out. As well as allowing our players to pass on there knowledge to the younger players by having a youth clinic every Saturday morning during the league.”
