Bermuda Cricket Board AGM: 4 Appointed
The Bermuda Cricket Board held their 2010 Annual General Meeting which saw Mr. Gershon Gibbons assume the position of Treasurer, which has been vacant since August 2009. The current term for this position expires at the AGM in 2011.
In addition Mr. James Pace, Mr. Derek Wright and Mr. Calvin Waldron were elected as Club Representatives.
Mr. Reginald Pearman stated “I would like to take this time to welcome both Gershon and Derek to the Executive Committee and congratulate James and Calvin for being re-elected. I am confident that the Executive will continue to build upon the progress we have made to date and look forward to working together in fulfilling our vision to “Improve Lives through Cricket.”
Other matters handled at the AGM included; a report from the President and from the National Coach, the members unanimously approved the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2009, the Auditor General was reappointed for the 2010 calendar year and a resolution was passed making minor amendments to the Constitution.
