Patrick Nisbett Returns: Equestrian Clinics
After a long year preparing for the World Equestrian Games, professional show jumper, Patrick Nisbett will be returning to the island to give back to the equestrian community. He will be giving clinics to the local equestrians and passing on some of his expertise to our young riders and adults.
The Bermuda Horse and Pony Association (BHPA) have made the arrangements and the clinics start this Saturday. BEF Public Relations Officer McKeisha Smith says “Patrick’s return home to give clinics has been a long time coming and we are very pleased he has found the time to return and share his knowledge with our membership.”
Mr. Nisbett will be preparing local riders for the Saturday December 18th, 2010 Bermuda Horse and Pony Association’s Jumper Series which will see the likes of our junior and adult riders competing in show jumping. He will be coaching those riders who would have taken advantage of his clinics the week before the competition. The Jumper Series will round out 2010.
The BHPA welcomes all spectators to come watch what they say will be a thrilling day of horse and pony jumping at the National Equestrian Centre, Vesey Street in Devonshire, starting at 9:30 p.m. sharp.
That insight would have saved us a lot of effort early on.
