Paraline CEO Graham Sets Date For Departure
The board of directors of Paraline Group, the Bermuda-domiciled insurance and reinsurance company, today [May 26] announced Jack Graham has set a date to leave his position as CEO of the group and of ICAT Managers, its underwriting subsidiary.
Mr. Graham will continue on the board of directors and will remain involved in developing the group’s portfolio.
Additionally, Mr Graham has been appointed as a special adviser to Elliott Management Corporation, a major shareholder in Paraline.
Bruce Schnitzer, currently chairman of the group, will assume the role of CEO. Greg Butler, the active underwriter of Syndicate 4242, has been named president of ICAT Managers.
