Does local business really want to be helped? Considering that some of Mr. Deans’ suggestions may be that staff are polite and helpful to all potential customers (regardless of whether they say good morning!), reducing markup to be competitive and grow sales volume and late night opening. I’m sure that pill will be a little bitter.

I would like to post a comment: Is executive coaching at U.S. companies destined to play a function occupied by psychoanalysis in some Neil Simon version of Hollywood: a virtual prerequisite for any person who aspires to become somebody? It might appear that way at some corporations, at least for the untrained eye. IBM has over sixty certified coaches among its ranks. Scores of other major companies have intended coaching as a core part of executive growth.
