Willow Stream Spa ‘Gratitude Season’
The Willow Stream Spa at The Fairmont Southampton is celebrating its fourth annual Gratitude Season during the months of October and November. Gratitude Season marks the time of year when The Fairmont Southampton extends its gratitude to guests, their favorite charities and their friends with three special offers.
“We are extremely grateful for the support of our guests” explains Kenneth Ryan, Executive Director, Spa Operations at The Willow Stream Spa at The Fairmont Southampton. “To show our appreciation and gratitude, we are pleased to provide these special offers combined with the opportunity to make a positive contribution to our community.”
Spa-it-Forward: Created with a spirit of gratitude and a way to say thank you, spa guests receive a “thank you” for themselves and also an envelope with a special offer to Spa-it-Forward to someone they feel grateful for having in their lives – a co-worker, a relative or a dear friend. Spa-it-Forward thank yous can include: a 30-minute upgrade, a Spa Lunch or $25 off any 90-minute treatment.
“Garden” Spa’rties: When a guest brings two or more friends to The Willow Stream Spa and they each book a 60-minute spa treatment, Willow Stream will treat all to a spa lunch and complimentary spa gift during their visit – let friendships bloom at Willow Stream Spas!
Gratitude Circles allow spa goers an occasion to make an impact in their communities while doing something healthy for themselves. The Gratitude Circle encourages local spa guests to pass on their post-spa positive energy to their favorite local charity. Spa guests register their unofficial group, such as a book club, golf team or neighborhood gardening group or just their best group of girl friends, along with a charity or not-for-profit to receive a percentage of spa sales every time that group spas. Willow Stream issues a charitable donation of 10% of their total spa bill (including treatments, retail and meals, excluding taxes and gratuities) to the charity of their choice, each quarter.

To offer spa guests those bento boxes and then charge a $3 delivery charge for each person plus 17% gratuity for each person is a bit ridiculous. The boxes are hugely overpriced as it is. Next time, I will bring my own lunch to the spa and so will my guests.
So these offers are only available to hotel guests? Not the regular public who just wish Spa services?
We double checked with Willow Stream and they said both…as “Spa guests” refers to anyone who books an appointment at the spa…
