Football: Prospect United Beat BAA
Playing at the Police Field in this FA Cup First Round Replay this weekend, Shaki Swan gave the home team Prospect United the lead in the 43rd minute.
Two minutes later the lead was doubled when Swan got on the end of a cross and hit a low right footed shot.
BAA got themselves back in the game two minutes into the second half when Willie Clemens scored, they then drew level 2 – 2 in the 74th minute when Dante Taylor scored.
However for the remainder of the game neither team could find the back of the net in regulation or extra time leaving the game to be decided on penalty kicks.
The teams were locked at 4 – 4 moving into Sudden Death, when Prospect United goalkeeper Dennis Joell took the 6th penalty for Prospect and found the back of the net, he then saved the next BAA penalty to earn Prospect United a spot in the next round of the FA Cup.
