39-Yr-Old Woman Arrested For DUI

Around 3:30am on Saturday January 28th, police officers were on mobile patrol on King Street in the City of Hamilton when officers noticed “a car driving erratically” near the junction with Reid Street.

“Officers stopped the car and spoke to the driver who appeared to be intoxicated,” said a police spokesperson.

“The 39 year old Pembroke woman was arrested on suspicion of impaired driving and detained in police custody after failing the alco-alanyser test. A court appearance is expected in due course.”

    in the some states in the US (Massachusetts for one), you are allowed only 3 drinks and then cut off….. I feel you get caught DUI – you should lose your licence completely and considered an insurance risk – across the board…. U do it – U lose it!!!

    NO getting of the road would be rite cause you never know why they have to drive when sober
