March 6, 2012

ExecuJet Australasia’s Australian operation, based at Sydney Airport, has recently been approved by the Bermuda Department of Civil Aviation [DCA] as a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation [CAMO].

ExecuJet Australia is already a Bermuda DCA Approved Maintenance Organisation and having the CAMO adds to the range of services offering to its clients. ExecuJet Australia also has the capability to draft Bermuda DCA compliant Aircraft Maintenance Programs and Minimum Equipment Lists for customer aircraft.

ExecuJet Australia is presently managing one Bermuda registered aircraft based in Singapore which joined the fleet in December 2011. More aircraft are expected to follow.

ExecuJet Australasia currently has seven fully managed and operated aircraft and 12 aircraft under maintenance control management which are based in Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.

In December last year the company announced the opening of two new Fixed Base Operations [FBOs] in Australasia. The Wellington FBO, ExecuJet Aviation Group’s first facility in New Zealand, opened on November 16, 2011 followed by a new FBO in Melbourne, Australia on November 18, complementing the group’s established Melbourne facility.

The ExecuJet Aviation Group is a leading global business aviation organisation offering a diverse range of services including pre-owned and new aircraft sales, aircraft management for private and commercial registered aircraft, aircraft charter, aircraft maintenance, aircraft completions management and fixed base operations.

Headquartered in Zürich, Switzerland, ExecuJet has operations in six regions — Africa, Asia, Australasia, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East, embracing a workforce of over 850 experienced staff.

The ExecuJet Aviation Group manages 150 business jets worldwide. Its commercial fleet is operated under the regulatory umbrella of seven regional civil aviation issued air operating certificates [AOCs].
