Day #5: National Squash Championships
The fifth day of the 2012 Digicel National Squash Championships continued at the Bermuda Squash Racquets Association Club yesterday [Mar.22].
Number one seed Patrick Foster defeated Noah Browne in four sets 11-5, 11-6, 6-11, 12-10 in Men’s Open action, number two seed Nick Kyme won his match in straight sets as he defeated Stephen Smith 11-1, 11-6, 11-5, the number three seed Micah Franklin defeated Chase Toogood in straight sets 11-3, 11-4, 11-5, while number four seed Robert Maycock defeated Kion Knights 11-1, 11-6, 11-1.
In the Ladies Open Quarter-Finals, Susanna Armano went down in a walk over to Laura Robinson, Liz Martin defeated Kim Morbey in straight sets 11-4, 11-2, 11-3. Denise Kyme defeated Alex Marshall 11-5, 11-9, 5-11, 13-15, 11-9.
