Peter Haynes Joins Tyser As Director
Lloyd’s of London broker Tysers has today [Mar. 19] announced the appointment of finance expert Peter Haynes — former chief executive and chief financial officer of the Kiln Group’s Bermuda operation — as a non-executive director.
Mr. Haynes, who currently works for Libero Ventures was part of the executive team that took Kiln into Tokio Marine.
Previous roles also include stints at CGU/Aviva in a variety of senior positions, including director of business risk, CFO of the UK general insurance business, and CFO and CEO of Morley Fund Management.
Commenting on the appointment, Tysers chief executive Chris Elliott said: “Peter Haynes is a very welcome addition to our board.
“His knowledge of the industry and extensive experience will be very valuable in advising on Tysers’ strategic direction, risk management and corporate governance.”
