Nordic American To Issue Q/1 Results
Bermuda’s Nordic American Tankers Limited today [Mar. 28] announced that it expects to release its 1st quarter 2012 report May 7, 2012, before the opening of trading at the New York Stock Exchange.
At that date the quarterly amount of dividend is expected to be announced. The record date is expected to be May 18, 2012, and the payment of dividend is expected to take place on or about June 1, 2012.
Nordic American Tankers was incorporated in Bermuda in 1995. In September 1995 Nordic American Tankers sold securities to the public in the US and in Europe. The shares are today trading at the NYSE.
Today the company has an active trading fleet of 20 vessels, all employed in the spot market.
