Man Pleads Guilty To Threatening Behaviour
52-year-old Allan Robinson faced four charges in Magistrates Court this morning [June 22], after being arrested outside the Court building yesterday morning.
He plead guilty to threatening behaviour, but plead not guilty to assault on a police officer, possessing an offensive weapon and violently resisting arrest. Mr Robinson, who did appear to have legal representation, was remanded in custody and is due to stand trial this Monday.
After his arrest yesterday, a police spokesperson said, “Around 10am on Thursday, June 21st police officers on duty outside the Dame Lois Browne-Evans building on Court Street in Pembroke were confronted by a 52 year old Devonshire man brandishing a blunt object and behaving in a threatening manner. During the course of his arrest police deployed Taser. He was subsequently taken to Hamilton Police Station and a court appearance is anticipated.”

What kind of grammar is this? The fact that people chew up and spit out the English language is appalling. How can you be taken seriously if you sound like a 4 year old?
