Traffic Lights On Middle Road, Southampton
[Updated] There will soon be traffic lights in place on 174 Middle Road, Southampton as road works will be getting underway.
A spokesperson said: “The Ministry of Public Works wishes to advise the public that from August 22nd until August 29th road works will be underway on 174 Middle Road as part of the Angel Steps Road Widening Programme.
“There will be traffic lights in place for the duration of this work. The Ministry apologies for any inconvenience caused as they seek to improve the safety of Bermuda’s roads for all users.”
Last month the Public Works Ministry announced they will undertake a $400,000 road widening and wall reinforcement scheme along the area of Middle Road, Southampton between the Waterlot Inn and Riviera Road.
