Photos/Videos: Dandy Town Win Charity Cup
The Bermuda Football Association’s Charity Cup match took place last night [Sept 15] at the BAA field, featuring the the defending Digicel Premier Division Champions Dandy Town Hornets and 2011/12 runners up North Village Rams.
After a rain shower at the start of the game, the Dandy Town Hornets took the lead in the 39th minute. Angelo Simmons out muscled his marker in the box and his cross found Aquino Grant who calmly placed the ball past Dwayne Adams into the North Village goal.
The teams went into break with the defending league champions leading 1 – 0. The second half belonged to Angelo Simmons and Dandy Town, with Simmons first finding the back of the net in the 67th minute then one minute later he scored his second goal and his team’s third.
Simmons then completed his hat-trick in injury time, thus handing the Charity Cup to the Dandy Town Hornets with a 4 – 0 win.

Is this the biggest crowd that you can get to a football game in Bermy now days? smh!
Actually, the crowd was larger than one would see at the average league match. Not to mention the Bermuda Hogges attendance figures.
Sad but true.
I guess every1,s to afraid 2 go anywere in Bermy now days! Cause i kno u will never c me at a Bermy football game anymore. Thats when the RATS come out!
