The police previously said the suspect[s] left the Spanish Point area on Saturday [Aug 25] on a jet ski and travelled to Boaz Island where the suspect[s] left the jet ski and appeared to be attempting to discharge an automatic weapon, however no shots were fired.
The jet ski is then believed to have returned using the same route to Spanish Point. The police have seized a jet ski believed to have been used in this incident. The police initially arrested four Pembroke men on suspicion of possessing a firearm in relation to the incident, who have since been released on police bail.

lets hope these are the fools who did it. and hopefully we can learn their names.
these kinds of acts require severe punishment, not capital but the stocks come to mind, so does rotten fruit. Westgate hotel is just not much of a deterrent anymore, and what is wrong with parading criminals around outside the courts in stocks to then be maimed by a rotten tomato????
Tomatoes don’t rot in cans!
touche..but wine can go off in a bottle
the next headline will be, “Suspects Released On Police Bail Pt.2″
I sure hope not…but this is Bermuda so who knows!
This is just to make the system look good.
Read between the lines Bermuda.
If they was to have hard evidence , they would only go court to get off.
lol um still waiting to hear what happen to the first four they arrested…..
what happened to the first 4 is called “Suspects Released On Police Bail Pt.1″
If that firearm had worked, there would have been carnage to a degree that would have changed Bermuda forever. Not to mention the worldwide headlines which would have permanently scarred tourism.
This is a crime of the highest calibre and the BPS nor justice system should take lightly at all. I am waiting and watching the outcome of this investigation. I hope those found guilty will spend the rest of their lives in jail. This is no time for jokes. If they had done what they intended to do, no one would be laughing.
The mentality of these criminals is the same as that psycho in Colorado, the public needs to be protected.
If….. Found Guilty Lock their Arse’s Up for a Very Long Time !
search n destroy……simple.
