Tranquility Rest Home/Daycare Facility Opens
Tranquility Rest Home & Daycare Facility has opened offering a full daycare service and is located at Hook ‘N’ Ladder Lane in Sandy’s. Pastor Lynette Raynor, Ms Corrita Saunders of the National Office for Senior’s and the Physically Challenged and MP Dennis Lister all attended an open house at the facility.
Tranquility will be providing a full Daycare service which will include all meals, enriching daily activities to help ensure a good quality of life, daily outings.
Some activities offered include visits from various community churches, birthday parties and outings. An activities calendar will be provided to seniors in the program for their loved ones. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday – 7am—7pm, Saturday – 10am – 6pm and Sunday – 3pm – 6pm.
The facility is also offering long term resident services with supervised care, activities and health management. Daily home cooked meals, housekeeping and laundry service, medication management and social programs and activities are included.
