Bicycle Association Offering Race Official Training
On the weekend of February 23/24 the Bermuda Bicycle Association [BBA] will be running a course for any BBA member interested in learning about race officiating.
The current plan is for half-day sessions on Saturday and Sunday and upon completing the program successfully the participants will be recognized as official commissaires for road and mountain biking events.
The course instruction will be given by Diane Fortini, a USA Cycling licensed National Commissaire and the administrator of USA Cycling’s Northeast Regional Association [NEBRA]. There will be no charge to attend the program and we encourage all who are interested to sign up by sending an email to president@bermudabicycle.org
