Estwaniks, Miranda, Alen Win 2013 RenRe Race

Chris and Ashley Estwanik are the 2013 RenaissanceRe 10 Mile Challenge Male and Female Champions, while Jose Miranda and Jennifer Alen are the 2013 RenaissanceRe 5 Mile Challenge Male and Female Champions.

Chris Estwanik led Sunday’s [Mar 24] race from start to finish crossing the line in a time of 52:21, Jay Donawa finished second in a time of 54:57 and Christopher Harris rounded out the top three male finishers clocking 57:50.

A battle for the Women’s title went down to the wire with Ashley Estwanik managing to hold off a strong challenge from Rose-Anna Hoey, Estwanik was the fourth runner to cross the line at the distance clocking 1:00:39, while Hoey was the next runner to cross the line twelve seconds behind. Victoria Fiddick was the third female finisher clocking 1:07:33 finishing 16th overall.
