Nahki Wells Scores In Bradford Game In Ireland
Bermudian striker Nahki Wells scored in the first half of Bradford City’s game this evening [July 16] helping to propel his team to a 4-1 defeat over Athlone Town. Tonight’s match is one of two pre-season friendlies Bradford is playing in Ireland as they prepare for their upcoming season.
After initially falling behind 0-1 due to an unfortunate James Meredith own goal, Bradford City back into the match with first half goals from Nahki Wells, Mark Yeates and Rory McArdle. Alan Connell then added another goals, to end the game 4-1.
