Bermuda Stock Exchange Report: August 7 2013
Today [Aug 7] saw volume increase from the day previous as 13,700 shares BD worth $57,685 traded on the exchange, 10,000 of which were from Butterfield Bank. Butterfield closed even at the days’ end however at $1.40 with no change. Bermuda National saw 2,700 shares move during the day’s action but also closed even at $12.00 when trading finished.
BF&M had 300 shares move and closed up 1.8% to finish up at $17.05, Ascendant lost -6.3% on the day with 400 shares traded and a close of $11.00 and KeyTech saw a loss as well on the day, with 300 shares and -6.0% down to close at $6.10. The BSX finished at 1,152.88 down -9.16 or -0.79% on the day. 1 Advance, 2 Declines and 72 remained Unchanged when the trading was closed.
