Director Of West Hamilton Holdings Resigns
In a filing received on Tuesday [Oct 1] by the Bermuda Stock Exchange, West Hamilton Holdings Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Gregory Haycock as Director of the company, along with a change to the firm’s fiscal year end.
From the official company announcement:
At a Board Meeting of the Company held on 26 September, 2013, at which a quorum was present:
- The Board resolved to accept the resignation, effective 23 September, 2013, of Mr. Gregory D. Haycock, as a Director of the Company and its affiliates; and,
- resolved that the Company’s financial year end be changed from 31 December in each year to the 30 September in each year, commencing 30 September, 2013.
