Gingerbread House Competition On Saturday
The charitable organisation Passports to College will be hosting a Gingerbread House Competition this weekend [Dec 14] in order to raise money and bring the community together during the holiday season.
A spokesperson said, “This is the third year for our annual competition, and this year’s competition will be held at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess Hotel.
“This fundraiser assists us with operational costs. When we seek donations for programmes, those funds requested are especially for Application and Writer’s Workshop’s as well as PSAT/SAT standardized preparation.
“Some of our prizes are donated by the Fairmont Hamilton Princess, Newstead Belmont, Mad Hatters, and Spicelands, to name a few. One of our sponsors from the corporate community is ACE.”
The Passports to College Gingerbread House Competition will take place from 12pm through 4pm on Saturday, December 14 at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess Hotel.
