Somers Appoints Charles Jillings As Director
Somers Limited, a financial services investment holding company, has appointed Mr. Charles Jillings as a Director of the Company.
Mr Jillings is a Director of ICM Limited, the Company’s investment adviser. He is a chartered accountant and previously worked in corporate finance at Hill Samuel Bank in London for 10 years. He has been a Director of a number of listed companies and is currently a non-executive Director of KeyTech Limited.
