BFA Semi-Finals & Corona Matches Postponed
The Bermuda Football Association has announced that the Dudley Eve Semi Finals scheduled for the Devonshire Recreation Club on Thursday, October 23rd will not be played.
A combination of the damage caused by Hurricane Gonzalo and the accident in the Devonshire area on Wednesday morning resulted in the lights not being able to be fixed in an appropriate time to ensure that the matches would be played.
The Association will announce soon when the matches will be played.
Corona League President Mike McGrath announced, “Due to damage to the playing surface at BAA caused during tropical storm Fay this weekend’s Corona League games will be postponed. Repair supplies are expected to arrive early next week so we hope to be back in action for October 31st.”
