Warwick Academy Marks Remembrance Day

This morning [Nov 10] Warwick Academy held a special 100 year anniversary Remembrance Day ceremony held outside the main school and wreaths were laid under the stone memorial to the Warwick Academy students who lost their lives and served in the World War 1.

The Governor spoke to the students and laid a wreath along with Walter and Bruce Sharpe whose aunt, Cassie White, was the only female Bermudian to serve in World War 1.
