Validus Declares $0.30 Quarterly Dividend

Bermuda-based Validus Holdings, Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per common share and $0.30 per common share equivalent for which each outstanding warrant is exercisable. The dividend is payable on December 31, 2014 to shareholders and warrant holders of record on December 15, 2014.
