Silver Spirit Cruise Ship Docks In Hamilton
The Silver Spirit cruise ship sailed into Hamilton this morning [Nov 21], carrying an estimated 523 passengers and 370 crew. According to this year’s cruise ship schedule, the 642-foot long ship was scheduled to make two calls to Bermuda; the first in April stopping in St George’s and this visit to Hamilton.
The island is now coming to the end of this year’s cruise season, with four more visits scheduled this year; two more this month, and two in December. Two of the ships are scheduled to berth in Dockyard, while two are due to stop in Hamilton.
It appears that the Eclipse super-yacht — which has been berthed in Hamilton for the last two weeks — had to move from its position to accommodate the visiting cruise ship today.
Jamahl gets sworn in, and we get a cruise ship in Hamilton. Coincidence? I think not.
Jamahl is clearly hitting the ground running. Back to St George’s yes, but hitting the ground running none the less.
The ship was scheduled to arrive before Mr. Lister retired and a by-election was necessary. Your statement was asinine.
I assume this is heavy irony?!!!
A very poor attempt at being humorous I take it.
As Joe Brown would say, “My, my,my…” This is such a pleasant sight for visitors / locals alike to see in Hamilton Harbour.
It was kind of fun seeing the Eclipse move to another part of the harbour like it was making the ferry run to Hodson’s.
Hope the visitors enjoy their stay.
@christopherjames Went right over their heads hahaha
