Photos: Fairmont Christmas Gingerbread Village
The Fairmont Southampton pastry chefs have been busy in the kitchen, and have unveiled a spectacular gingerbread village, bringing a festive cheer to the hotel’s lobby.
Using 8lbs of flour and 22lbs of sugar, the culinary delight incorporates hundreds of Santas, snowmen, Â Christmas trees, elves, reindeer, candy canes, pretzels, and even a replica of the Fairmont Southampton itself.

Yum! I love gingerbread. I’m the cookie monster of gingerbread. If nobody is watching all this gingerbread then I’m going up there to eat all by myself.
