“Hottest Husband” Wins Free Trip To Bermuda
A man from Ellisville, Missouri has been crowned by Redbook magazine as the “Hottest Husband in America,” with his good looks and matching personality earning him a free trip to Bermuda.
Dustin Hargadine, along with his wife Sara, who submitted him, will enjoy a four-day vacation at the Fairmont Southampton in Bermuda, plus $1,000 in airfare.
The original call for entries from Redbook, promising a “luxury trip to Bermuda,” said, “Do you have a hot husband…the hottest in the land? Enter him now in the 2015 America’s Hottest Husband contest.
“Not only does it come with the glory of being able to tell people that you’ve officially got the most all-around hunky guy in the country, you could win a romantic trip for two to the Fairmont Southampton in Bermuda.
“Just picture it: you and your guy, swimming in [Bermuda's] clear, blue water. And cruising through the streets of Bermuda on a Vespa — how chic and European of you. How about a sunset dinner on the beach? Cliché, maybe, but who cares — you’re eating dinner at sunset on a beach.”
In announcing Mr. Hargadine as the contest’s winner, Redbook said, “The Hargadines won a four-day vacation to the Fairmont Southampton in Bermuda, plus $1,000 in airfare.
“Dustin and his wife have never taken a honeymoon, and so their winning trip will be that honeymoon.”
In submitting her husband for the prize, Sara Hargadine said, “My husband is that kind of guy that even after a long day of work he will come home, do a load of laundry, make dinner, and then offer to give me a shoulder massage before we go to bed. As amazing as that is, what truly makes him America’s hottest husband though is everything he does to make me feel like America’s hottest wife.”
