Court: 33 Year Old Man Remanded In Custody
Appearing in Magistrates Court on Monday [Feb 23], 33-year-old Damany Burchall was ordered to spend the next 60 days in remand.
The decision was handed down by Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo after Mr. Burchall entered not guilty pleas to breaching a Domestic Violence Order on February 20 and unlawfully damaging a window.
The Magistrate set trial on the matter for April 28.
