Court: Son Charged With Threatening Father
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Feb 24], a 38 year old man denied using threatening behaviour to his father, and also denied resisting arrest and to assaulting a police officer
Ernest Damon Smith pleaded not guilty to using threatening behaviour to his father earlier this month by allegedly moving towards him with a garden hoe in his hand, and he also pleaded not guilty to violently resisting arrest and to assaulting a police officer.
The Prosecutor told the Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo that both men reside at the same residence.
The Magistrate set trial for May 2015 and granted bail of $2,000
