Tokio Solution Apoints Susan Lane, John Drnek
Tokio Solution Management Ltd. announced the appointment of Susan Lane to the role of Senior Vice President, Head of Business Development and Client Services and John Drnek to the role of Vice President, Legal Counsel.
Ms Lane comes to Tokio Solution with more than 15 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry including risk finance and risk management, specialising in business development including the formation and management of captives, insurance and reinsurance companies and alternative risk structures.
Her most recent role was with Aon Insurance Managers [Bermuda] Ltd. where she was the Senior Vice President of Business Development. Prior to this, she worked in the insurance industry in the Cayman Islands and Ireland.
Mr Drnek brings with him more than 12 years of capital markets and reinsurance experience. His most recent role was with Mayer Brown LLP in New York where he was a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Securities Department.
Prior to this, he was with Lovells LLP [now Hogan Lovells US LLP] in New York in the Corporate Insurance and Reinsurance Department. He began his legal career in the Capital Markets Department of Cadwalader, Wickersham and Taft LLP in New York.
