41-Year-Old Denies Causing GBH By Driving
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Apr 13], a 41-year-old denied causing grievous bodily harm by driving without due care and attention last month.
Bavand Etemadi pleaded not guilty to a charge of causing grievous bodily harm to another man, by driving without due care and attention on 16th March 2015 in Smith’s Parish.
Mr Etemadi was given a trial date of 13th May and was granted $1,500 bail.
