Yeah…. The UBP/OBA have created a (one)job …. In the Civil Service ! I wonder what the package is .
and when I reflect on your posts, I wonder what your problem is
This is not a new position. There has always been a director of DCI.
Coffee you’re on the bench. Alcohol suit up.
I must admit, she has held countless position down. I further pray this “new job” she has taken up will be beneficial to the Island on a whole and not something that’s “tailor-made.”
I used to work with her a long time ago! Definitely an asset to the Civil Service…Delta gurls rock!
Surprised they didn’t mention she worked at Corporation of Hamilton before as well. Wish her the best.
Great resume. I wish her luck in this important position. Building open communications, honest dialogue, transparency and trust is a critical role of any Communications Department. Within the Bermuda Government – even more so.
What.
I see an OBA pattern here.
An opinion.
I’m sure she’s qualified and hope she does a wonderful job.
But is she being hired from outside the civil service?
If so why are we hiring into the CS? Can’t we take someone from another department and put them in that position? Can’t we promote from within and leave the vacancy that that promotion leaves?
WHY ARE WE STILL ADDING TO THE CS?!
Why the new job, when government is suppose to be cutting? The want people to take early retirement to save yet, they still find a way to hire. Thought we were making the CS smaller.
What about the hiring freeze for civil servants??
We need good people working hard to represent Bermuda professionally.
Congratulations Aderonke, I look forward to seeing the positive influence of your leadership in DCI.
Congrats Aderonke! The DCI is lucky to have you!
Great choice – Congrats, Aderonke!
I’d like to congratulate Ms. Bademosi Wilson on her achievement as the new Director of DCI. As a student studying a minor in Communications at Kean University, it is fulfilling to see women like her set such high standards and achieve them.
Congratulations!
Congrats and please stick to this here and not returning to moderate round Alaska Hall see
Hiring freeze is a joke. It is only for the lower levels of the organization chart. How can we justify a communications person, can they not speak for themselves. Dr. Binns me thinks you continue to build an empire while all we listen to is shared sacrifice. It is nothing to do with the individual, but the whole situation is farcical. Did this hiring go through the Ministry of Finance and what is this lady being paid?
Naija in full effect!! Love the diversity this island has.
Congratulations Aderonke- your experience and skills are a great asset to Bermuda.
Well done Aderonke!
Excellent hire!
who is the new CEO of the Stafford Group? also where is the CFO
somebody been took
Congratulations Aderonke from Nova Scotia! It’s been a long time since we have volunteered at CADA! I know you will make Bermuda proud! Smiles!
