Man Denies Causing Death: Dangerous Driving
A 25-year-old man denied causing death by dangerous driving during the Supreme Court Monthly Arraignments session this morning [Apr 1].
Jason Eugene Stovell pleaded not guilty to causing the death of 49-year-0ld Winston Jones by dangerous driving on 18th October 2014; to causing death by driving whilst uninsured; and to causing bodily harm by wanton and furious driving.
Stovell must re-appear for mention at the next Arraignments in May.
