Validus Ltd Declares $0.32 Quarterly Dividend
Bermuda-based Validus Holdings, Ltd. has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per common share and $0.32 per common share equivalent for which each outstanding warrant is exercisable. The dividend is payable on June 30, 2015 to shareholders and warrant holders of record on June 15, 2015.
