Man Denies Hit & Run, Causing Senator Injury
Appearing in Magistrates Court this week, a 46-year-old Ryan Solien pleaded not guilty to causing grievous bodily harm to Senator Diallo Rabain by driving his motorcycle without due care and attention on Front Street in January 2015.
Mr Solien also plead not guilty to failing to stop at the scene of an accident.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo granted bail at $5,000 and set trial for August.
