Sandys Parish Assault Victim Remains In ICU
The 50-year-old man who was assaulted yesterday in Sandys remains in stable condition in the ICU, while the two men arrested in connection with the incident are still in police custody.
A police spokesperson said, “At last check 7:40am today, Friday June 19th the 50 year old Sandys parish man being treated for lacerations to the neck remained at the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit in stable condition.
“The two men arrested in connection with the incident, which occurred around 10:25am Thursday, June 18th in Sandys parish, are still in police custody pending further inquiries.
“The investigation regarding this serious assault continues and witnesses or persons with relevant information should contact the Criminal Investigations Department on the main police telephone number 295-0011 or the independent and confidential Crime Stoppers hotline 800-8477.”
