Man Admits Possessing Cannabis & Scales
Appearing in Magistrates Court today [Sep 08], 43-year-old Stephen Ming pleaded guilty to unlawfully possessing 9.18 grams of the illegal substance cannabis; and to possessing a pair of digital scales that were fitted for and intended for use with the illegal substance. The offence occurred on 13th February 2015.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set sentencing for 27th October, granted bail at $2,000 and ordered Social Inquiry and BARC reports.
