Court: Murder, Careless Driving, Bladed Article
At this morning’s [Oct 1] Supreme Court Monthly Arraignments Session a convicted murderer was given a sentencing date, a man accused of causing grievous bodily harm by careless driving had his trial set, and another man pleaded not guilty to wounding and possessing a bladed article.
Recently convicted murderer, Jacquii Pearman-Desilva, was given a sentencing date of 13th October. Earlier this month Mr Pearman-DeSilva was found guilty of murdering Prince Edness
Mr Tian Xu, accused of causing grievous bodily harm by careless driving in December 2014, had his trial set for November 2015.
Mr Sherwon Ible pleaded not guilty to wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and possessing a bladed article in the form of a 5″ knife and doing so in an Increased Penalty Zone, near Par La Ville Park in June 2015. He was given a trial date in November 2015.’
