Basketball League: Hoopstars & Twister Win
Wednesday Night [Nov 25] in the Cellone Island Basketball League inside the CedarBridge Academy Gymnasium saw a total of 189 points in the Double-Header.
The opening game of the evening saw the Hoopstars get their first win of the season by defeating the Rimrockers 43 – 41. Billy Dunn scored a game high 16 points for the Hoopstars, while the Rimrockers got 14 points from Serge Kerr.
Twister made history in the Island Basketball League in going 10-0 on the season by defeating the Court Kings 66 – 39.
