Phillips & Burnie Win Foursome Championships
The team of Mark Phillips and Katrin Burnie maintained their form in the Pinehurst [alternating shot] format to win by a convincing margin and take the title of Bermuda Mixed Foursomes Champions today [Nov 7].
Their gross 53 today combined with a very impressive 7-under-par gross 47 in round 1 gave them an overall total of 100. The second place finishers were the team of Damian Palanyandi and Elizabeth Parsons with a total of 107.

The defending champions, Jarryd Dillas and Ebonie Burgess were not able to find the form that led them to victory last year. With a 1-over-par in the Best Ball format on Saturday [Nov 7] they never recovered in round 2 and had to settle for a total of 112 for the tournament.
