Court: 47-Year-Old Denies Assaulting Student
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Dec 23] before Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo, a 47-year-old woman denied assaulting a high school student.
Ms Wendy Woodley pleaded not guilty to the charge that on 7th December 2015, in an Increased Penalty Zone, the Berkeley Institute, she assaulted a young female student.
Ms Woodley elected to be tried in Magistrate’s Court and was given a trial date in February. She was granted $1,000 bail and ordered to have no contact with the young complainant.
