It’s great to get cruise ships here on weekends but it gets embarrassing as a tour guide to take a shopping break in the City of Hamilton and St.Georges and not a dang thing opened. Also some entertainment on Front Street and Kings Square on a Sunday would be great. I’m running out of excuses as to why it’s so boring in these areas on a Sunday.
We don’t have enough customers to stay open. One person every two hours a business does not make. Maybe everyone is broke, not spending or shopping online but business is down. Instead of being ‘embarrassed’ how about YOU do something?
Put in a casino! That will attract locals and tourists and give them something to do and get local entertainment, food, etc.
