Bank Of Butterfield’s Treasury Shares Buy Back
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, the Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited announced that during the month of November 2015, the Bank purchased for Treasury 350 Common Shares at an average price of $1.80 per shares. There were no Preference Shares purchased.
In addition, during the month of December 2015, the Bank purchased for Treasury 254 Common Shares at an average price of $1.80 per share. There were no Preference Shares purchased.
