TCD To Close Early On Tuesday, January 19th

TCD will close at 2pm on Tuesday [Jan 19], however the TCD closure does not affect the Ministry of Transport HQ which will remain open until 5pm or the Vehicle Testing and Examination facility which will remain open until 4pm.

A spokesperson said, “Bermuda’s motoring public is advised that the Transport Control Department [TCD] will close early on Tuesday 19 January at 2:00 p.m., re-opening the following day Wednesday 20 January.

“This TCD closure does not affect The Ministry of Transport HQ which will remain open until 5pm or the Vehicle Testing and Examination facility which will remain open until 4pm.

“TCD sincerely apologizes for this inconvenience and takes this opportunity to thank the public in advance for their cooperation.

“Please note that online re-licensing and appointment booking is available at etcd.gov.bm.

“Those due for a TCD visit, including all private car and truck owners, are reminded to make every effort to take advantage of the three month period preceding the expiration date for annual re-licensing.”
