Basketball League: Skyforce & Flyboys Win
There were no surprises in the Cellone Island Basketball League Play-off action this weekend with the top two teams moving to the Final Four set for today.
# 2 seed Twisters man handle the Skyforce 76 – 36, Kevin Stephens led the Twisters with 30 points, while Zach Johnson scored 10 points for the Skyforce.
In the second game, the # 1 seed Flyboys won their 19th game in a row downing the lowly Hoopstars 58 – 38. The top scorer for the Flyboys was this seasons MVP for the regular season with 14 points and Yontz Sutton scored 11 points, Sutton also won the young player of the season.
