30 Min Video: ZBM Evening News For April 13th
[Updated] Claims from an eyewitness to last night’s collision that left a woman in ICU, coverage of the industrial accident, and questions as to whether the increase in influenza is linked to a number of reported cases of pneumonia are some of the news items set to be covered in this evening’s [April 13] ZBM newscast.
With an aim to expand the way they deliver their news to the community, the Bermuda Broadcasting Company is continuing to live stream their evening news programme for viewers both on the island and abroad.
The Bermuda Broadcasting Company said their newscast this evening includes “claims that the woman who was hit head–on by a car may have been less than sober and involved in an argument” with an eyewitness coming forward, and coverage of the industrial accident today that left a 36-year-old painter in the ICU.
In addition, their newscast will delve into questions as to whether the increase in influenza as recently announced by the Ministry of Health is linked to a number of reported cases of pneumonia, at least one of which has proven fatal. “The Ministry of Health says no, but at least two families who’ve lost loved ones to the illness do not agree,” ZBM said.
