Bermuda First Investment Shareholding Change
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Bermuda First Investment Company Limited announced a Change in Shareholding.
The filing stated, “Bermuda First Investment Company Limited, a BSX listed investment holding company which owns a number of significant investments in BSX Bermuda listed companies, announces that on 29 August 2016, UIL Limited acquired 308,835 common shares in the Company and as a result of this transaction is now interested in 1,891,195 common shares, representing 94.2% of BFIC’s issued share capital. Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited no longer has a holding in the Company.”
